Alexander Calder was an American sculptor who is best known for his innovative mobiles that embrace chance in their aesthetic and his monumental public sculptures.

For my typography course, we had to create promotional posters for the Albright Knox Museum for the artist Alexander Calder. Our limitation was to only use typography to convey the artist's style and feel of their work. We first design the poster with black and white, then moved on to colors. I use Calder's color scheme of primary colors which is pretty evident in most of his work.
